This person will be responsible for supporting digitization roadmap to upgrade Engineering tools, templates and guides
The role also involves monitoring and analyzing the performance of the digitized processes and making continuous improvements
Work with business stakeholders to capture requirements, develop user stories, post-processing of data by utilizing digital tools benchmarking to develop comprehensive proposals
Work with the IT Governance & Architecture team to evaluate Digitization proposals and ensure smooth deployment following rules of scalability & access control
Build training modules & case studies supporting robust design, Mini modules (by subject), Establish and maintain library of re-usable training modules, Develop cases studies and knowledge check Questions. Support to develop e-Learning modules leveraging IT resources
Drive automation projects using appropriate tools such as Excel Macros, VBA, Python, SQL or O365 Tools. Continuously builds digital skills to simplify proceses
Support Operational excellence initiatives for Engineering including PROLaunch, DFSS, integration of key work streams like ENOVIA, ProPM etc
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Science Engineering.
Strong understanding of automation tools
2-3 years' experience in Operations Excellence or Six Sigma or Process Digitization with a total experience of 5-7 years
Manage effective stakeholder communications. Improve organization responsiveness to stakeholder requirements. Communication and manage customer expectations and commitments internal to the business. Manage communications (Yammer, newsletters, etc.)
Competent in understanding the business requirements and efficient enough to translate the same into IT requirements. (Previous experience as a Business analyst will be preferable)
Good exposure to programing languagaes/databases/ automation/ digital skills, Understanding of Engineering processes & tools like ENOVIA, PROPM, JIRA, CAD tools etc.

Foundational leadership skills along with an awareness of the latest trends in the area of data analytics
Ability to challenge the status quo to drive data driven decisions
Leadership skills - the capability to lead change, Good communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written with the ability to make necessary status reports and technical presentations to Eaton management, Good analytical skills and business acumen, High proficiency in preparing and managing schedules
