    Position summary

    ng to project deliverables and support the customer in receiving the needed answer on technical questions. When needed you will report to your superiors on the status and figures of specific projects. You will participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) together with the customer in Eaton's factories abroad when applicable.
    You are expected to familiarize yourself with, and follow, the processes that are relevant to your daily work and advise of any opportunities for improvements, that you might see.
    You should foster an environment which promotes Eaton's goals and philosophy, encourages continuous improvement, and builds customer relationships.

    Communication
    • Fluency in English is mandatory
    • Fluency in a Scandinavian language is desirable
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders like local Inside Sales, Sales, Service and Factories

    • Willingness to solve problems and to keep fighting until the problem is solved at the customers satisfaction

    • Experience with SAP and C360
    • Experience within the Electrical Sector
    • Business qualification - Degree or equivalent
