    Position summary

    • Ensuring the security, accessibility, and proper distribution of organizational documents.

    • Distributing/notifying of document releases, changes and obsolescence.

    • Conducting internal audits and preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

    • Supporting regulatory and third-party audits, investigations, and inquiries regarding the control and assessment of product design and manufacturing quality.

    • Assisting, as needed, with certified operator audits to monitor adherence to policies and procedures.

    • Montioring the performance of the QMS by gathering relevant data and producing reports to identify areas for improvement in quality processes.

    • Assisting with the generation and updating of processes, procedures, standard works, and audit checklists.

    Qualifications:

    • Associates degree with a technical discipline OR High School Diploma/GED equivalent and 5 years experience in manufacturing, quality, industrial or mechanical role within a manufacturing environment.

    • 3 year of auditing experience or AS9100 Lead Auditor Certified and 1 year of auditing experience.

    • This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
