    • Goal Achievement
    • Demonstrate and teach technical skills in a classroom environment
    • Create a video training library for complex jobs
    • Reduce errors and scrap
    • Reduce audit findings and corrective actions
    • Strong customer service and communication skills for working with our internal customers:
    • Facilitation of learning
    • Prepare and organize course work for technical training
    • Assess skill level accomplishment, provide feedback and deliver on learning needs
    • Collaborate in a learning and development team environment
    • Demonstrate Eaton ethics, quality, and safety culture
    • Lead in a classroom environment
    • Skill demonstration and facilitation
    • Demonstrate knowledge of skill and guide learner in practice and application
    • Facilitate technical learning in the classroom and on-the-job
    • Prepare new hires to successfully perform their role
    • Renew and refresh learning to increase and/or maintain performance level of existing employees
    • Quality Audits
    • Perform audits to assess the quality of new-hire performance on-the-job
    • Provide feedback, coaching and follow up based on audit results
    • Audio visual skill
    • Operate video recording equipment to capture complex jobs
    • Edit videos in Adobe Premier Pro software
    • SharePoint Admin skills: maintain training video library on SharePoint site

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    • A minimum 5 years' of Aerospace manufacturing experience that includes tasks such as soldering, welding, and pneumatics.
    • High School diploma (or equivalent)
    • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by export laws of the US. To be eligible, you must be either a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

    Preferred:

    • Experience in all core MSD OP foundational skills such as soldering, welding, workmanship, torque, pneumatics, and explosives
    • Share Point administration experience
    • Experience facilitating learning in a classroom environment
    • High degree of initiative and ownership, attention to detail, and the discipline to follow through on assigned tasks
    • Ability to communicate well internally and externally at all levels in the organization
    • Good organization skills with attention to detail
    • Ability to teach and encourage learning in a classroom and production environment
    • Aerospace industry Business Acumen (Technical experience)
