    Position summary

    ales, expanding customer base, partnering with the Product Lines and external Partners/Suppliers to develop and drive a comprehensive and effective long term strategy, managing all customer programs that revolve around pricing, revenue growth, profitability, design, and customer satisfaction.

    What you'll do:

    • Lead a cross-functional customer interface team to ensure high customer satisfaction;

    • Develop the regional customer strategy for annual profit and five-year plans;

    • Provide input on growth opportunities for new products and systems;

    • Assist in formulating and executing a technology strategy to meet customer needs;

    • Gather competitive information and report trends to Product Management and Business Development;

    • Manage cost reduction programs while maintaining internal profitability targets;

    • Deploy the Customer Relationship Review (CRR) process and develop action plans for improvement;

    • Build and maintain strong customer-supplier relationships through daily interactions.

    Qualifications:

    • BS/MS degree in Engineering, Business or other approved discipline;

    • Fluent English;

    • 10 years of sales experience in Automotive industry.

    Skills:

    • Financial Skills: P&L, Cost estimating, Pricing;

    • Market and Customer Knowledge;

    • Value Proposition Design & Communication.
