Record/document all receiving, in-process, and final inspection findings as required
5S+ involvement which includes but not limited to your working area
Uphold quality integrity and generate non-conformance reports when parts don't meet specifications
Uphold quality standards and follow all applicable procedures
Perform contract review.
Learn/Use MFGPro SSM (Service Support Module) to receive repairs and record Teardown Reports.
Dis-assemble repairs and perform detailed visual inspections.
Select the proper technical data and routers for incoming repairs. Technical data includes, but is not limited to, specifications, blueprints, technical documents, engine shop manuals, component maintenance manuals.
Prepare release to service certificates (FAA, FAA/EASA, CAAC).
Qualifications:
Basic Qualification:
H.S. Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in manufacturing processes
This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate Beltsville area (50 miles) will be considered for this position.

Proficient in the understanding, interpretation, and use of GD&T preferred
Previous leadership experience and knowledge of MFGPro preferred
Possible exposure to radiation through the use of a XRF device for scanning material
Must be able to lift up to 35lbs on a regular basis.
