    Position summary

    12-month paid returnship will give participants a multitude of opportunities to make an impact across a global organization. Participants will work to solve real-world challenges while refreshing the skills necessary to be a leader in our organization. You will gain enriching and diverse experiences and work side-by-side with experienced leaders and mentors to power your career. Participants may be eligible for full-time employment opportunities at the end of their 12-month assignment, depending on business needs.

    All ReSurge participants will join a cohort with a unique learning and development experience. Each participant's assignment experience will be customized to help them reach their highest potential; no two participants will have the same experience or set of responsibilities.

    What you'll do:

    Please note the Eaton ReSurge cohort will begin their 12-month assignment in March of 2025.

    The primary function of this position is to ensure best in class experience for our end users, partners, and internal business partners. This individual is tasked with managing relationships across multiple functions/business partners to ensure that projects meet expectations and deadlines as well as making sure all our contractual obligations are up to date and completed.

    This includes understanding Eaton's support structure available to sales, including supply chain, logistics, and EatonCare; understanding Eaton proprietary systems and software; applying technical knowledge for all products that are involved with the sales assignment; comprehension of project specifications; ability to gain confidence of customers and become a trusted source of information about Eaton offerings.

    Qualifications:

    Required (Basic) qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution,

    • Minimum three (3) years work experience

    • No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Woodridge IL to be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

    • Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • 1+ year of a voluntary career break from your profession
    • Up to 10% travel may be required
    • IT Infrastructure/Electrical sales experience or IT Channel/Distribution experience
    • Project Management experience
    • Salesforce or CRM tool experience

    Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The salary for this role is $90,000 a year.
