What you'll do:
The focus of this role is managing project sales business in western and southern region, building relationship with existing end users, contractors and partners, as well as identifying and securing new clients in the region.
Main responsibilities:
• Define and implement the strategy for developing projects sales for Eaton in western and southern region.
• Meet and exceed assigned projects sales targets and meet organizational strategic objectives
• Identify & build positive relations with all account decision & influencers who impact current or future business with Eaton
• Prepare mapping for each client in the assigned territory to Identify the decision makers and influencers in each organization
• Effectively utilize Eaton expertise and resources to generate high, value added, engineering and commercial proposals to secure orders which create a profitable and sustainable growth business
• Establish, Own, Execute and continuously develop an agreed commercial account plan
• Be highly knowledgeable of the client's business, commercial condition, structure, strategy, operations, and challenges in order to articulate this in terms of opportunity, growth, risk with respect to Eaton business
• Support existing direct and indirect Panel Builder network in the region to achieve the pre-set targets through competency enhancements, audits, commercial support...etc. while coordinating techno commercial offers in a timely manner
• Generate demand from the market, focusing on engagement with decision makers and develop the best solutions to address customer's needs
• Develops and maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive business growth for our partners in the Western Region
• Recruiting experienced Panel Builders in the Western Region to provide support for medium and large -scale projects
• Ensure Partner compliance with Eaton Go-To-Market policies.
• Follow the company guideline & apply Eaton marketing strategy
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in sales of electrical products; preferably in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field
Skills:
Previous sales experience covering LV/MV Switchgear Systems, Busway, ATS..etc.

Developing knowledge of client business structure & strategy
Ability to Work effectively with customers, co-workers, and cross-functional teams
Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
