He/She is Efficient and takes Accountability to assigned charter which fits in to overall Goals of Embedded domain which comprise of embedded software, connectivity, industrial networking and Internet of things (IoT) technologies and solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Contribute to the firmware design and development on high-performance platform firmware based on RTOS.
    • Works with the Lead engineers and Technical leads to understand the requirements and prepare HLD, LLD and design and develop high quality code for firmware modules.
    • Develop high-quality unit / module test code and ensure appropriate test case coverage with defined Software quality metrics.
    • Contribute to team's technical growth and guide junior engineers.
    • Participate in all PI/Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Retrospectives.
    • Active collaboration with cross functional team to ensure requirement, module integration, testing and cybersecurity alignment.

    Skills:

    • Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Instrumentation Engineering from an accredited institution required.

    • Overall 6+ years of experience, preferably in the embedded domain

    • 6+ years of embedded system design experience in firmware design and development
    • 4+ years of experience in RTOS

    • Proficient in Embedded C, Embedded C++ programming, Oops Concepts, Python, data structures
    • Good knowledge on any RTOS preferably Zephyr / FreeRTOS
    • Demonstrated good knowledge of Embedded Firmware development with 16 Bit / 32 Bit Microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32)
    • Hands on experience in low level embedded software design and development including board bring-up, testing and debugging
    • Experience on communication interfaces as I2C, SPI, RS232/485, USB
    • Understanding of any Industrial protocols like Ethernet, Modbus, REST is preferable
    • Wi-Fi hands-on experience is must
    • Good hands on experience in MQTT, HTTP, BLE and Webserver
    • Good knowledge of GitHub, JIRA and Agile/SAFe methodologies

    • Ability to resolve issues that impact deadlines; moving rapidly to meet the demands of a fast-growing company.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers.
    • Results-oriented and demonstrated record of developing initiatives that impact productivity.
    • Proactive and solutions-oriented with experience working in ambiguity.
    • Problem Solving - uses digital technology and processes to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
