The Senior Product Owner will set and communicate the product vision, develop and maintain the product roadmap, and define key operational processes like the product release schedule. The individual in this role will work closely with business partners and customers to define epics that align with key business objectives for the Scrum or Kanban team.
The Senior Product Owner tracks and manages product funding and defines work priorities for individuals dedicated to the product team. They will balance new features against continuous improvement, system health, and support.
The Senior Product Owner works directly with a team of analysts, engineers and other product team members to execute the product roadmap, guide the product development lifecycle, define user stories, and provide voice of the customer within product processes.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications (Must Haves):
Bachelors' degree from an accredited institution
Minimum seven (7) years of experience as an analyst, project manager, engineer, BRM or program lead on moderate to highly complex technology projects and programs.
Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent position.

Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
Practical knowledge and experience with product management and modern product delivery processes
Practical knowledge of and experience working with Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban software delivery teams
General understanding of DevSecOps principles
General familiarity with modern software development principles including code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, and cloud services.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B, B2C, or both), and the Salesforce Platform
Strong understanding of commerce business processes, including user management, pricing, catalog management, checkout, order lifecycle, payment processes, fulfillment and shipping.
Comfortable with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma
