Mechanical Engineering calculation and simulations (temperature rise, static analysis, withstand).
Bill Of Material and proper Product ERP Configuration Creation in full compatibility with customer request and other design engineer output.
Technical support to various internal departments like assembly with regard to mechanical and / or electrical implementation, feasibility, costs and availability of materials.
Comply an information package for production (assembly and testing): Mechanical drawings, where necessary with instructions.
Start up purchase order recommendations and ERP approvals.
Proactively communicate with all stakeholders involved (application engineering, electrical engineering, order management, planning, supply chain and assembly).
Communicate with Change Management and R&D teams to reflect modification on ERP and BidManager, on time escalation.
Qualifications:
Mechanical, Mechatronics or Industrial Design engineering B.Sc.
At least 2 years experience in similar positions and 5 years in total.
Experience with designing MV switchgears.
Skills:
Applicable procedures, company rules, guidelines, (national and international) laws and regulations, norms and standards, safety, quality and environmental regulations.
2D and 3D CAD previewing systems, work processing, spreadsheet, database and ERP software)
Continues learning and problem solving skills.
Strong organizational, communication and time management skills.
Ability to work within an international, culturally diverse and matrix based organisation.
Advanced English level.
