Participates as a core member of the operation leader team to involve in the OPA assessment process and pass OPA audit;
Optimizes utilization of human and equipment assets against appropriate performance measures, such as Effecienct,OEE, TPM, etc.
Develops meaningful and strategic functional performance matrices and holds accountable self and reports for the results. And proactively supports and compliments other functions in a matrix organization to meet or exceed plant and functional performance matrix targets.
Establishes, grows, and develops staff, which fully supports the needs of and fulfils continuous improvement requirements.
Other tasks are assigned by Production Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/technical or equivalent
Minimum 10 years related and progressive experience in Electrical or automation industry is preferred, At least 5 years in supervisory / management position.Be familiar with manufacturing process such as material and production planning.
Related product knowledge is preferred; Good experience in Lean system and six sigma.
Have strong leadership/interpersonal skill, be able to work under pressure ,self-motivated and have positive attitude as well as good team spirit, good communication skills.Open minded, results orientated and initiated in decision making.
