We are seeking a skilled **Sourcing Engineer** with 1~3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, identifying cost-effective procurement opportunities, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality materials.  
  
**Key Responsibilities:**  
• Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and reliability.  
• Negotiate contracts and terms to secure favorable agreements.  
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand material requirements and specifications.  
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality or delivery.  
• Conduct market analysis to identify sourcing trends and opportunities.  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.  
  
**Qualifications:**  
  
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.  
• Minimum 1~ 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.  
  
**Skills:**
