Eaton's MCO Marketing Commercial Operations division is currently seeking a Sr. Analyst, Marketing Analytics. This position can be based in Raleigh, NC, Moontownship, PA or Cleveland, OH. Relocation assistance is being offered to those locations.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $https://77249.97 - $https://113299.96 a year.

What you'll do:

Position Overview:

This role is responsible for analyzing marketing data to provide valuable insights and inform strategic decision-making within the organization. This role involves collecting, organizing, and interpreting large sets of data related to marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends. The role generates business intelligence dashboards to uncover patterns, identify opportunities, and optimize marketing efforts. By leveraging data techniques and insights, this professional helps make informed decisions, improve marketing campaigns, and enhance customer engagement. The role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives and drive business growth and this person plays a critical role in driving data-driven marketing strategies and optimizing marketing performance.

In this function you will:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor marketing performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.

  • Develop automated reporting processes and implement data visualization tools and techniques to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.

  • Work closely with marketing leadership to define data-driven marketing strategies and objectives.

  • Develop measurement frameworks, KPIs, and performance targets aligned with marketing goals.

  • Track and measure marketing ROI to assess the profitability and efficiency of marketing initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and provide recommendations to improve targeting, messaging, and customer acquisition.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and finance, to understand business objectives, align analytics initiatives, and drive data-informed decision-making.

  • Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure the availability, quality, and security of marketing data.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in data analytics (Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.

  • Experience in marketing analytics

  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, predictive modeling, and experimental design.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data analysis with marketing strategies and goals.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.

  • Experience with relational databases and SQL to extract & transform data

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, web analytics tools (https://e.g., Google Analytics), CRM systems, and data management platforms.

  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and conversion optimization.
