    Position summary

    nt is essential for this role.
    Job Responsibilities
    A. Review and interpret customer needs on RFQ's plans and/or specifications (Spec Reviews) to identify and address:
    a1. Customer requirements
    a2. Fit to ECPS product scope
    a3. Features and accessories required for pricing program
    a4. Areas for exception or clarification for the customer
    a5. Lead-times
    a6. Alternates for a more competitive offering
    a7. Special test, customer test/witness, or customer inspection requirements
    a8. Special documentation and reporting
    B. Accountable for completing cost analysis or quotations in a timely and accurate manner to help secure business and maintain profitability.
    C. Approve, or negotiate pricing with appropriate partners per established BU's guidelines, competitive feedback, and customer/market knowledge [This position has pricing authority according to BU's guidelines]
    D. Manage large Strategic Account pricing projects/negotiations.
    E. Proactively facilitate timely solutions to customer issues by utilizing available resources or creating procedures for resolution
    F. Provide product and application technical support, pricing strategy & competitive review for customers, agents, and internal departments
    G. Project manage small to medium projects on as needed basis
    H. Establish and maintain the highest possible commercial relations with present and potential customers (internal and external) by effectively employing the highest level of skills with regard to the art of salesmanship, application engineering, product knowledge, knowledge of customers business and organization and knowledge of Eaton product lines strategic plans for sales growth
    I. Acts as a liaison between engineering, marketing, scheduling, and customers [Coordinates several internal functional areas in order to secure customer requirements]
    J. Provides direction and solutions on process improvements, lead project teams and serve as team member for special projects to drive continuous improvement and the team's performance.

    Qualifications:

    Education level required
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)

    Years and area of experience required
    3 years' Experience or exposure to a manufacturing organization.

    Skills:

    Technical knowledge
    Electrical product knowledge (low to medium voltage Systems)

    Soft skills
    Customer service oriented, commitment, strong communication skills
    Work under pressure / Tolerance to frustration.
    Bilingual / Fluent in English (Business English)
