Responsible for managing balanced scorecard for metrics related to implementation of changes.
Supports all NPIs gates and sub-processes reviews. Provide required information and participate in projects pulsing for NPD programs.
Updates and manages procedures related to permanent changes and temporal changes (MCOs and Deviations)
Leads Engineering Changes Requests and implementation of ECO/MCOs.
Provide support to outside design resources when appropriate (e.g. PCB layout, software development, test laboratories).
Provide support to outside suppliers (part substitutions, test methodology, create and maintain documentation for manufacturing).
Recommends component selection and validation according to internal procedures.
Participates on all ECO meetings with design center and internal meetings for MCO/Deviation implementation.

Qualifications:
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Electronics or Mechanical (or similar).
2-3 years of experience in a similar position, Electronic manufacturing environment a plus.
Experience/knowledge with manufacturing processes, PFEMA, process flow, APQP, etc.
Strong knowledge in IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/21 and basic knowledge of IATF-16949.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, leadership skills, proactive, strong organization and analytical thinker.
