Tactical Material Planner - Turkish speaker

Conduct weekly/monthly calls with key vendors.

• Communicate customer escalations and changes to the supply plan.

• Achieve KPIs through regular reviews.

• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

• Utilize SAP Requirements Planning (MRP) module.

• Manage purchase orders and system improvements in collaboration with the Strategic Planner.

• Handle daily system exceptions and allocate stock as needed.

• Address customer service inquiries and manage escalations.

• Investigate and resolve blocked invoices weekly.

• Provide forecasts to vendors and track Material Planning KPIs.

• Minimize risks impacting planning KPIs and follow up on material shortages.

• Coordinate deliveries from suppliers to the distribution center.

• Support challenging projects and stakeholder improvements.

• Respond to warehouse queries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant area preferred

Skills:

• MS Office and SAP advanced knowledge

• Fluency in Turkish and in English

• Open, proactive, and cooperative mindset

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Willingness to take ownership
