What you'll do:
Develop a Territory plan that maximizes time verse effort and delivers profitable sales
Identify and target new customers and opportunities to achieve growth targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customer base
Strengthen Eaton's product and brand awareness in the market
Understand products, market segments and competitive positioning to provide input into strategic growth initiatives and business planning
Respond to customer enquiries with high level of customer service
Educate customers on Eaton's product offering and value proposition via tradeshows, industry events, lunch and learns etc
Provide quotes in conjunction with approved pricing structures
Work in a team environment to achieve individual sales targets for the Territory
Qualifications:
Electrical Trade Certificate (Desirable)
2-5 Years Account Management and sales experience
Electrical knowledge, Electrical trade (preferred)
High level of technical and product application experience in automation or power distribution.
