    https://5.-Typically hands off quality responsibilities to plant quality at Gate 4, but also has the skills to cover quality requirements during Stage 5
    https://6.-Ensure that non-conforming products do not go to the next stage since raw material until Finish Good
    https://7.- Works with Engineering NPD and manage Quality topics of various products at the same time
    https://8.- Support SQE by release together PPAP (Evaluation of dimensional and test report, Control Plan, MSA, PFMEA, APQP)
    https://9.- Lead production, Engineering, Logistic, manufacturing, sourcing, and materials areas with the objective of solve validation quality issues
    https://10.- Function as overall program interface with internal and external customers, and as main contact person cross-divisional and globally for quality
    https://11.- Provide quality updates including progress and problem/ high risk areas and updates to all key stakeholders
    https://12.-Provide the strategy for ""Defect-free launch strategy"" identifying defects during the product's design and development process, providing a method to assess and report the products defect status during development starting in Gate 1
    https://13.- Provide pre-launch control plan, summary description of the systems used for minimizing process and product variation during pre-production and trial runs
    https://14.- Create a systematic ""Error Proofing approach"" for anticipating and detecting potential defects and preventing through devices that prevent defective
    https://15.- Support engineering to define ""Design scorecard"" that is the tool for predict the variability and performance level of the CTQ's based on Quality function deployment
    https://16.- Support Capacity Expansion team evaluating the system test plan that includes a definition of all the verification/validation testing that is to occur (Systems development, Systems Integration/Field and System Certification) and certify that a system meets its performance and quality assurance tests or qualification requirements stipulated in regulations

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or similar

    • 2-3 years as Quality Engineer and /validations (High recomended)

    • Experience in the field of Electrical Utilities or electrical component manufacturing, Knowledge of various Manufacturing Processes (electronics, metal stamping & forming, plastics & rubber molding, machining, etc.), Experience working with and auditing suppliers, Experience with Quality Systems, such as APQP, PPAP and ISO 9001, Prolaunch.
