Responsible for achieving a zero-incident culture by completing and turning in safety observations
Escalate any safety concerns to EHS Manager
Own CONC Metrics and overall Quality Performance for the HPWT.
Direct priorities for the HPWT to achieve Delivery Goals.
Own the overall cost of the Value Stream.
Set the tone for improvement including idea generation and participation in Site CI initiatives.
Train and develop team members as well as provide oversight and coaching to other team members.
Provide the vision and strategy.
Lead by example - be a positive role model.
Actively engage and recognize employees.
Empower employees, provide resources and remove barriers for development
Qualifications:
Required Basic Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
Minimum four (4) years experience in operations and/or operations support
Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience

No relocation is being offered for this position. Candidates must reside within a 50 mile radius of the Euclid, OH facility. Active Duty Military is exempt from this geographical limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Business Administration
Previous Aerospace experience
Experience managing in a union environment
Experience in a machining environment
Lean Six Sigma knowledge/Green Belt certification
