Position summary

Eaton's CPDI TL division is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift. Our Woodridge, IL location is the leader in the distribution of finished electrical products to multiple segments. These include utilties, hospitals, data centers, arenas, and aerospace. The Warehouse Assocaite- 1st Shift role offers 40-hour paid week, full benefits, 401K match plan, and vacation. The working hours would be 8:30am-5:00pm and days being Monday-Friday.

The hourly rate for this position is $https://18.00 per hour.

What you'll do:

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for picking and packing products that are scheduled to be shipped out. You will work to verify orders as the come in and out of the facility. Load and Unload trucks and process them to the correct area for storage.

In this function you will:
• Picking, packing and shipping products
• Verifying products, product numbers, and quantities for order accuracy
• Loading and unloading Trucks / Containers
• Receiving and processing stock and materials
• Stocking the warehouse and rotating/replenishing inventory
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment


Required (Basic):
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime
• Ability to stand and lift 50+ pounds for an extended period of time
• Must be able to work at a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to work in a variety of capacities/functions
• Must have strong attention to detail
• At least 6 months of experience in a warehouse environment
• Must pass a background check and hair sample drug screen
• Must live within 50 miles of Woodridge, IL

• Handheld / RF Scanner experience helpful
• Forklift or Powered Industrial Truck experience is helpful
