    Position summary

    terprise Strategy. This includes strategic planning for the firm across multiple time horizons, leadership of the firm's quarterly strategy review to ensure the firm is appropriately positioned to address internal and external trends & opportunities, leadership of periodic strategic firm efforts, and partnering with business and functional stakeholders to activate the firm's strategy.

    What you'll do:

    • Lead and facilitate development of the firm's enterprise strategy with the Enterprise Leadership Team; and engage & influence senior stakeholders of the firm in the development of and activation of enterprise, business, and functional strategies.

    • Lead ongoing facilitation of the firm's quarterly strategy review with ELT and OC, ensuring the firm is appropriately addressing external and internal threats & opportunities to maintain the health of the firm's enterprise strategy.

    • Lead cross-functional teams in helping frame, design and execute strategic solutions, including the development of hypotheses, gathering data, analyzing results, and presenting findings to executive audiences.

    • Oversee firm strategy team responsible for high impact core work and periodic strategic initiatives.

    • Lead the synthesis and distribution of industry, customer, and competitive information for internal firm stakeholders.

    • Lead the formulation of enterprise strategies across multiple time horizons, integrating findings from internal research, external developments, and leadership's priorities.

    • Lead analysis using both qualitative and quantitative (e.g., financial modeling, analysis) methods, engaging relevant subject matter experts inside and outside the firm where appropriate, to generate insights and recommendations that advance strategic thinking of the enterprise over multiple time horizons.

    • Facilitate alignment sessions, working sessions, and workshops with key stakeholders and senior executives, incorporating novel/outside-the-box engagement tactics and methods, resulting in aligned decisions/recommendations and high participant engagement.

    • Lead periodic strategic initiatives including program management and matrix leadership.

    • Design and facilitate leadership programs and learning experiences for firm stakeholders to develop strategic & industry acumen across the firm.

    • Development and execution of periodic strategic planning processes.

    Hiring Maximum: $286900

    What you'll need:

    • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or CFA preferred

    • Licenses/Certifications: SIE, Series 7 top off and Series 66 - all preferred but not required

    • 11+ years' experience in financial services, management consulting, or corporate strategy

    • Problem solving & strategic thinking skills

    • Industry knowledge & competitive analysis skills

    • Analytical skills (incl. financial modeling and visualization)
