As an Associate Consultant, you are someone who is passionate about technology and you take pride in making a tangible difference. Each Associate Consultant is provided with a range of project opportunities to develop their skills and interests in professional services consulting while also building a strong foundation as a future leader at Elastic.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Working through the enablement and on-boarding/certification of Elastic solutions and corresponding consulting services to drive standardization of Elastic solutions delivery
• Shadowing delivery of Elastic solutions to drive customer business value from our products in order to internalize consulting best practices
• Driving solution design, development, and integration of Elastic products and APIs, platform architecture, and capacity planning in mission-critical environments
• Develop strong customer advocacy, relationship building, and communications skills
• Establishing presentation skills and mastery of Elastic talk track to drive a customer through their journey with Elastic solutions
• Enablement and engagement of resource management processes and systems to drive consulting project delivery
• Comfortable working remotely in a highly distributed team
• Development of demos and proof-of-concepts that highlight the value of the Elastic Stack
• Data modeling, query development and optimization, cluster tuning and scaling with a focus on fast search and analytics at scale
• Solving our customers’ most challenging data and search problems
• Working closely with the Elastic engineering, product management, innovation and education, and support teams to identify feature enhancements, extensions, and product defects
• Learning how to engage with the Elastic Sales team to scope opportunities while assessing technical risks, questions, or concerns in various mediums

What You Bring Along:

• Bachelor's Degree completed by Fall 2022 in these related areas of study: Business, STEM, Telecommunications or Information Systems
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
• Held leadership roles in campus organizations
• Excel at working directly with a team to gather, prioritize, plan and execute solutions to customer business requirements as it relates to our technologies
• Understanding and passion for open-source technology and knowledge and proficient in at least one programming language
• Knowledge of information retrieval and/or analytics domain
• Ability to travel up to 65% of the time
