Position summary

Description

The Global Supply Chain Analytics Lead will be responsible for transforming and accelerating data capabilities to enable the analytics and digital ambition of our supply chain, and for developing and institutionalizing data expertise and best practices across the global supply chain. The lead will play a key role in the transformation of our supply chain performance management process and capabilities. This active, highly visible program will be the anchor use case for establishing the longer-term sustainable capabilities above.

  • Define and execute the future road map for the supply chain performance management analytics product, while maintaining the current solution
  • Partner with IT and Enterprise Data Management to shape data foundations and one source of truth
  • Help drive alignment within supply chain on metric definitions, calculations, and data sourcing
  • Simplify current analytics repository, in collaboration with IT
  • Guide analysts on data sourcing and interpretation; drive them towards certified sources of truth
  • Lead the Supply Chain Data community of practice, and establish and execute a data literacy program

Qualifications

  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills with a business focus

  • Proficiency in SAP ECC and SAP Business Warehouse. Data Modeling experience is a plus
  • Hands on experience with database and reporting and visualization technologies
  • Familiarity with contemporary data and related technologies such as cloud data warehouse, data fabric, data mesh, APIs etc, The anticipated base salary range for this position is $117,000 to $202,100. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
