Description

NEXT is an interconnected, digitally enabled business transformation initiative, enabled by our shift to an SAP S/4 VIBE digital core, that will create the strategic enterprise capabilities required to operate through the next decade of growth. This role will use a financial lens and tools tied to the various work streams. The role reports to the SVP Finance for NEXT Finance Pillar. No direct reports in the first 6 months of FY24. This may change as the NEXT team ramps up. 1) Co-design best-in-class and optimized digital processes for Finance & Strategy · Help translate the NEXT Finance Digital Transformation Vision of ‘No Excel and Zero Manual Journals’ to SAP S4 HANA VIBE roadmap consisting of all relevant RICEFs and key roles. · Coordinate between relevant stakeholders and service providers (including external) to achieve clarity of expectations and alignment of deliverables to ensure on-time, in-full and on-budget. · Exercise effective project management skills and intervention where necessary to take corrective actions. · Utilize a portfolio of change management, hard and soft skills in the right measures to drive change agenda. 2) Adopt an Integrated Approach in Transformation, Design & Execution · Be able to identify the interconnections between processes, subprocesses, and tasks across key pillars in Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Go to Market and take these into consideration in designing and implementing Finance digital processes ensuring alignment. · Proactively identify and lead the relevant cross-functional team to ensure an integrated approach is always adopted. 3) Develop Value Case for the NEXT Finance Pillar based on rigorous and detail-supported assumptions with high degree of implementation · Coordinate the development of a value case build based on defensible assumptions and balance between risk and stretch. · Identify relevant KPIs and set up reliable elevated and automated where applicable tracking mechanisms. · Co-lead the engagement strategy between NEXT Finance Pillar and Brands, Regions, Channels, Functions, and Affiliates where necessary. · Driver of the management and delivery of the value case

Qualifications

  • MBA Preferred
  • 10+ years of experience
  • SAP S4 HANA working knowledge or leading-edge experience level. • Advanced business knowledge and experience in Finance processes including but not limited to Financial Planning & Analysis for Brands/Regions/Channels/Affiliates, Pricing & Promotions, Supply Chain Finance, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Record to Report, and Financial Controls. Adequate appreciation of Statutory Reporting & Compliance, Taxation & Treasury. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high interpersonal & learning agility • Excellent executive communication skills to influence decision making. • Demonstrated track record of driving and delivering results. • High organizational awareness and comfortable operating in a matrixed work environment https://U.S Corporate/Office Exempt Roles The anticipated base salary range for this position is $149,500 to $257,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
