Maintain employee data in Oracle HRIS system and ensure data accuracy and integrity
Manage the on-to-off boarding process through Oracle HRIS system to ensure an up-to-date employee record in HR system database
Manage scope of duties and answer employee enquiries including but not limited to, employee movement, employee benefits administration, onboarding and off boarding, work visa application, system related, employment verification letter, Reporting, etc
Leverage tools such as Case Management Platform and Five9 telephony system to respond and track requestor enquiries
Work on agreed SLAs to provide data and information as to the effectiveness of the services provided
Participate in User Acceptance Test when required
Participate in HR process migration projects when required
Any ad hoc duties and projects
Qualifications
University degree with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience preferably gained from employee / customer services function
Proficient in Vietnamese and English both written and spoken
Excellent customer service skill and good telephone manner with strong communication skills
Data entry skills including excellent data quality, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail in work
Ability to deal with multiple tasks and requests in an evolving environment
Pleasant personality and positive attitude, responsible and committed
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Experience in Oracle HR System, customer service telephony system, case management tool is an advantage
