The Role As our Nordic HR Student Assistant, you will be part of a Nordic HR team that includes Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. You will report directly to the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager located in our Nordic Head office in Carlsberg Byen. The job will give you the opportunity to support and work across all four Nordic countries on various ad hoc and administrative tasks and specific projects. Your Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding – Create a job in our online system, write job ads, pre-screen candidates, bookings of meeting rooms for interviews and onboarding, and Support everywhere in the process where it’s needed. Administration – You will support the HR team with basic reporting and documentation including:

Performing controls on employee data to ensure accuracy in HR systems. Extracting employee lists and reports needed for presentations and KPI reporting . Training & Development – you will support our HR team with learning opportunities by following up on Learning & Development activities & action plans for the Nordic region. As well as administrate and coordinate different development programs Employer Branding – you will help with employer branding initiatives and activities to attract more talent.


As a person, you are a quick learner, proactive, and have an “I can Do It” attitude! You are curious and want to learn more about all aspects of HR. You can work independently and have good communication skills with team members on projects and tasks.

  • You are currently pursuing higher education at a university.

  • You have had a previous job or internship in HR or similar

  • You have an effective, structured, and a hands-on approach

  • You enjoy building strong relationships with various stakeholders

  • You have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, ppt, outlook)

  • You speak and write English fluently as well as at least one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finish, Swedish, or Norwegian) What We Offer You will become part of a passionate HR team based in our Nordic head office in Carlsberg Byen.
