Description
The Trade Marketing Coordinator is in charge of the execution of the Jo Malone London Marketing Plan in the Distribution. He/She will report directly to the Consumer Marketing Manager and will be responsible of the brand trade plans execution, according to the brand strategy, turning the marketing plan into a detailed animation and promotional plan. Moreover, the Trade Marketing will support the Brand Marketing Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with Clients (Key Account, Independent Perfumery and Chains). He/she will be responsible also for the visual merchandising, working closely with the agency and the VM Corporate team. Key Performance Areas & Description
Production of Trade Material for Clients and FSS. Once he/she is informed of the Clients detailed plan, the Trade Marketing Manager is in charge of supervising the steps of all the process of production and supplying of Trade materials. Specifically:
Collection specific information from the Client in order to organize production details
Scouting the appropriate supplier for the material with IP Team
Briefing to the supplier
Monitoring the quality and the coherence of the output relating to the Brand Equity
Shipping of the material
Production of Planograms Material. Once he/she is informed of the creation of Planograms concept, the Trade Marketing Manager is in charge of supervising the steps of all the process of production and supplying of materials. Specifically:
Rendering and execution of planograms per structure type
Buying of expository material
Shipping of expository material
Monitoring of Trade and Planograms Material. He/she defines the monitoring check list of materials and planograms and manages the Client interface while verifies the correct exposition of all the materials.
Results analysis. Once he/she is informed of the collection and normalization of sellout data for Clients, the Trade Marketing Coordinator is in charge of defining and execute the analysis of Trade activities in order to let the colleague define and implement the corrective actions.
VM activities. He/She will involved in al the Visual Merchandising activities, specifically;
Coordinate and executes , with the support of the Consumer and Product Marketing and Commercial department, all activities in store with the aim of ensuring excellence and efficiency in execution (in line with EMEA guidelines and local needs)
Support new openings and store revamping, according to requests and deadlines provided by the brand and commercial teams
Develop ideas and solutions to support local projects visibility
Ensure proper management of CAPEX and assets
