    Position summary

    Description

    Position Summary Establish & lead the convergence of the global & regional cross functional service management teams, based on efficient Industry standards, and build an integrated high-performance team for Tech Ops within ELC including:

    • Accountable for managing Global Cross Functional Services Covering all IT Service management (ITSM) processes globally
    • Drive Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT Service management (ITSM)
    • Responsible for Global Change, Incident, release and Critical incident management and continuous improvement
    • Responsible for teams for global Service desks function and regional Centre
    • Strong experience in managing Strategic Outsource and manage service partners across end to end services from ITSM, AMS, Cloud, Infrastructure, security
    • Lead teams across the Brands, Regions and Functions for IT Service, Applications, Infrastructure and field services
    • Manage the service and performance on On shore and offshore BAU support staff across all services
    • MSA, ISOW and Contract schedule management and contract updates and reviews
    • Is accountable for outcomes within a significant area of work
    • Aligns strategy of regional groups with overall company goals and establishes objectives and assigns responsibilities
    • Influences policy and strategy and partners with senior management Establish an integrated operating model and capability to drive holistic Availability and Capacity to ensure we are managing our Environment end to end.
    • Build an integrated Tech Ops team to operate as a single point of contact and accountability from Global into the Regions interfacing with the Tech Leads and TSM’s in the affiliates (including Brands & Functions)
    • Establish one way of working in operations, enterprise application support & integration FSE, service management (SD), facilities management
    • Create new WOW including holistic availability and capacity management to ensure proactive measurement and management as well as forward looking integrated view to sustain and focus in LRP investments
    • Establish foundations to evolve maturity of our operating model and services to enable the long term Business Strategy from IT Drive the Transformation program from SCORE as part of IT Transformation Strategy
    • Transforming the IT organization into a world class service provider enabling ELC to launch products into the market faster, and with a better user experience
    • Implementing new ways of working to shift the IT Operating model from a project-centric model to a faster, more agile products-and-platform-based model
    • Faster turnaround time to value Enabled by Agile, DevSecOps and New Ways of Working
    • Creating and establishing Adaptive IT Operating Model Enabled by Products and Platforms Operating Model and Agile
    • Drive availability and capacity to establish asset light Infrastructure enabled by hybrid, Multi-cloud Management
    • Build, and institutionalize High Touch IT Experiences Enabled by Employee Experience Assurance Drive a culture change across IT to Transform and change our game
    • Create Agile culture and mentality in the Organization.
    • Focus on in the migration and transformation of applications and services moving from traditional application development and management processes to a DevOps Agile model.
    • Utilizing micro-services and component-based architecture
    • Provides leadership & engagement within IT and works closely with the Tech Leads, Brand and Functional leaders to ensure the correct operation and application of operational procedures and services
    • Oversees the use of management tools to determine availability & capacity performance statistics
    • Ensures appropriate planning and implementation of maintenance and installation work, including building and management of systems and components in virtualized computing environments including input to LRP
    • Directs the implementation of Enterprise infrastructure & applications changes and maintenance routines are carried out within the agreed standards and SLAs
    • Ensures operational problems are identified in a timely manner
    • Manages the budget and provides reports and proposals for improvement Key Roles & Responsibilities
    • Provides leadership & engagement within IT and works closely with the Tech Leads, Brand and Functional leaders to ensure the correct operation and application of operational procedures and services.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science, MIS, engineering, or applied math.
    • 15+ years' experience managing and/or directing Business, Technology operations and IT engineering teams.
    • 10+ years' experience working in highly scalable and available on-demand solutions; IaaS or SaaS experience preferred
    • Strong understanding of project management principles.
    • Proven experience in planning, organization, and development.
    • Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems.
    • Experience with ITIL and ITSM solutions and the ability to align standardized processes and services across each area of service management.
    • Experience managing IT Operations as part of a Shared Service program tracking and allocation services cost on a consumption basis and drive XLA, SLA, KPI, CPI and contract reviews (MSOW, MSA, ISOW’s )
    • Experience with acquisition due diligence and integrations
    • Experienced in an environment with a heterogeneous mix of on-premise, hosted, and cloud hardware and software, with a concentration in O365, Microsoft, Dell, Cisco, etc.
    • Experience leading cloud migration programs with AWS, Azure, or GCP to enable global redundancy and HA.
    • Demonstrated success leading IT modernization and transformation for a technology company of comparable size with minimal disruption.
    • Demonstrated success in leading large, diverse teams.
    • Effective people leader who attracts and retains strong talent and can operate at all levels of the organization
    • Collaborative in working with peers and developing peer relationships.
    • Strong technology leadership across diverse global corporate and executive information technology systems. Excellent knowledge of technology environments, including telecommunications, networks, operating systems, databases, application and web servers, media, and desktops.
    • Technical experience with systems networking, databases, infrastructure, and user support.
    • Ability to transform current collaboration and communication systems especially for hybrid work and global expansion.
    • Experience in strategic technology planning, execution, and policy development.
    • Exposure to business processes, management, budgeting, and business operations. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $342,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
