What You'll Do

Title: 2nd Shift Cleanroom Lead

Cleanroom Shift Lead that will manage a group of non-exempt workers who clean, label, inspect, sterilize and package Sterile Surgical Implants and Non-Sterile Surgical Devices.

Monitors daily operations and provides work direction and allocation of resources.

Ensures that quality standards are followed within shift

Responsible for meeting assigned production goals.

Develops and trains staff on various processes and procedures.

Maintains and approves upon current 5S standards

Directly Reports to Cleanroom Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

-5+ years of applicable experience managing people and processes (management prefered)

Preferred Qualifications:

•Demonstrated leadership ability in a team lead role
