Job Title:  Senior Analyst, Finance

Business Unit:  Regen & Recovery Sciences

Reports To:  Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

Key Responsibilities:

Own bottoms up monthly forecast process, including:

  • Hold meetings with executive leaders to review actuals and update projections
  • Maintain detailed builds and models to support the forecast
  • Deep dive into material variances
  • Adherence to submission deadlines

Play significant role in close process, specifically:

  • Variance analysis during the close process to ensure errors or omissions are corrected prior to close completion

  • Book ad hoc journal entries as required

  • Provide revenue and EBITDA flash results during close, including commentary on variances to forecast

  • Provide and continuously improve information quality in the month end reporting package

  • Analyze deliverables, prior to submission, to identify opportunities to improve the business

  • Analytics and modeling to support budget and strategic planning processes

  • Make recommendations on how to improve business performance

  • Partner with executive leaders to perform ad hoc analysis and present findings

  • Ad hoc analysis and other duties as required

  • Minimal travel required on an as needed basis

Minimum Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years in a corporate financial reporting or public accounting equivalent environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals across functions
  • Proficient in US GAAP
  • Experienced in Oracle, Hyperion/HFM/EMP, or similar systems

Travel: Minimal travel, 10% or less expected.
