Job Title/High Level Position Summary: Enovis is a global leader in technology-driven healthcare solutions for a complete continuum of patient care; injury prevention, surgical intervention, rehabilitation, and pain management. Our Royalties & Commissions team is seeking a Senior. Royalties & Commissions Analyst to partner with the company's rapidly growing Regen and Recovery Sciences in an organization and help administer all commissions and other variable compensation obligations as outlined in the direct partner contracts and employee compensation plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting and Payments
Develop and own monthly commission accrual, payments, statements, and validation process for direct partners and sales employees, in accordance with the company's internal control framework.
Operationalize payment terms for all new and amended comp plans and contractual agreements in your assigned business unit(s).
Own and maintain master data records in company's incentive compensation system.
Adhere to month-end and quarter-end deadlines by providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders, which may require extended work hours.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Business Partnership
Provide prompt, accurate and thorough feedback on matters that have payment and reporting implications.
Collaborate with Sales Operations and other cross-departmental teams monthly to ensure sales order data is complete and accurate to meet monthly accrual and payment deadlines.
Work closely with business leaders, sales operations, finance, and HR business partners to ensure accurate interpretation of comp plan and contractual terms, track changes and organizational shifts throughout the year.
Support commissions planning and forecasting requests as needed.
Data Insight and Analysis
Analyze and assess accuracy of sales reports along with evaluating and classifying sales data.
Navigate company systems to validate accuracy of commission calculations and records.
Deliver data insights, reports, and dashboards critical to understanding performance and to drive operational efficiency.
Track, research, and resolve commission calculation-related inquiries and exceptions including disputes and appeals.
Assist with ad-hoc reporting, metrics, and analytics as needed.
Audit & Compliance:
Read, interpret, and summarize all comp plans and contractual agreements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial obligations.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation and evidence of all commission changes, plans, and payments.
Analyze and test compensation changes as needed.
Ensure all commission calculations are correct and compliant with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Support internal/external audit requests as needed.
Continuous Improvement
Build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, data, and insights to drive continuous improvement in functions.
Analyze error root causes when applicable and implement solutions to mitigate risk of recurrence.
Proactively develop recommendations to further automate and improve the commission process.
Help maintain and scale our commissions engine by identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancements.
Participate in testing and implementation of any sales comp plan changes including auditing payouts to ensure accuracy and consistency with plan design.
Document and maintain existing business processes, SOP's, and FAQ's.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resource Management, or related field. Relevant work experience could supplement or replace education requirement.
3 + years of progressively more complex experience working with commissions and other variable compensation.
An understanding of sales incentive programs, processes and procedures, and best practices.
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (i.e., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex conditional formulas, basic macros)
Comfortable working with large datasets, conducting analysis, and transforming numbers into actionable business insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, across departments, and with remote teams.
Experience with incentive compensation tools such as Oracle Incentive Compensation, Callidus, Varicent, Captivate IQ, or other similar platforms.
Comfortable reading and interpreting comp plans, contracts and implementing the financial obligations systematically.
Experience with audits and adherence to SOX controls

Bonus points for experience with any of the following: Alteryx, Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms, but not required.
