WHAT WILL YOUR TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?
Responsible for development of strategic Business Plans and solutions that meet those needs while driving Enovis business objectives specific to automated business solutions.
Provides mentorship, guidance, and leadership needed to instill a team-oriented and results-driven team.
Assists in evaluating the economic potential of Enovis automation/business solutions and products.
Provides direction to the Automation Team related to funnel development and execution of software enhancements and features.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS WILL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?
Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
Minimum of 15 years' experience in the healthcare industry.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare automation required.
Minimum of 7 years of experience managing large field-based technical teams.
Experience in the orthopedic/DME industry required.
Demonstrated experience driving brand strategy, strategy comprehension, and strategy consensus within a diverse group of stakeholders.
WILL YOU BE REQUIRED TO TRAVEL?
Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time.
Typical work-related travel assignments range 1-5 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays may be required.

Typical office environment.
Physical Demands: May occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, keyboard, phone, print. Required to talk and hear. Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time and use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and to manipulate keys on a keyboard and operate portable input devices (e.g., smart phone, mouse). May occasionally reach with hands and arms. Must have the ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
