Manage learner queries: providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure a positive learning experience.
Technology Integration:
Partner with IT team to implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) on Workday Learn and other technology solutions, to enhance the delivery and tracking of training programs.
Stay updated on the latest L&D technologies and trends to continuously improve training offerings
Design and establish the mechanisms of capturing Learning effectiveness (aligning to the Kirk Patrick model) for the deployed programs via the LMS, automation and AI driven solutions' being the key vs manually driven processes.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure all training programs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Establish the L&D dashboard/reports and the report out mechanism for the Organization, with relevant and meaningful metrics enabling Business and Talent decisions.
Prepare and present regular reports on L&D activities and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders (Reports on training activities, including metrics on participation, feedback, and learning outcomes, etc)
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the L&D team, providing Learning Operations guidance and support to ensure high performance of the team
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team and the wider organization.
Collaborate with the L&D team to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of learning operations ensuring timely execution of deliverables
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in core Learning Operations
Proven experience in developing and leading L&D Operations.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS - Workday Learn) and other training technologies.
Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to measure and effectively report on training effectiveness to Senior Leadership and relevant stakeholders
Experience in managing learning operations in a corporate environment and experience working in a global environment
Familiarity with adult learning principles and the latest trends in L&D.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a related field.
Certification in Learning and Development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM).
