Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Transaction Management & Execution
Manage property acquisition and disposition deal execution from intake through closing, in alignment with company policies and procedures.
Oversee day-to-day real estate transaction activities, timelines, and deliverables for assigned projects.
Lead transaction coordination with outside counsel, title companies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant closings.
Coordinate post-closing handoff to portfolio, accounting, and lease administration teams.
Documentation & Legal Coordination
Manage, review, and draft purchase and sale agreements, letters of intent, and customary closing documents.
Develop and manage Corporate Real Estate acquisition and disposition forms and documentation, ensuring accuracy, retention, and compliance with internal controls.
Provide guidance on acquisition processes, documentation requirements, and closing readiness, including distributing updated Best Practices materials.
Due Diligence & Risk Management
Conduct comprehensive review of acquisition due diligence, including environmental studies, title commitments, surveys, appraisals, zoning documentation, and inspection reports, providing recommendations to leadership as needed.
Manage comprehensive contingency checklists, including preparation, tracking of critical contract dates, and closing conditions.
Monitor transaction risk indicators and escalate legal, financial, or compliance concerns to senior leadership.
Communication & Reporting
Provide regular status updates to leadership to maintain visibility into transaction pipelines, timelines, and dependencies.
Leadership & Team Development
Manage and develop a team of real estate professionals by providing direction, coaching, and resources to strengthen capabilities and ensure consistent, high-quality execution.

Qualifications
Required:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or General Business
Must have five (5+) years Commercial Real Estate experience with a strong proficiency with real estate purchases, sale agreements, dispositions, and leases
Must have experience with legal review and contract oversight
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
