    Position summary

    igence needs. We are looking for an individual with knowledge of Databricks table designs and Teradata experience in creating physical data models to join our team. If you have a passion for engineering, working with massive amounts of data and empowering smart business decisions, this is the role for you.

    Job Description:

    • Protects our customers, our employees, and our brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions; ensures security policy and procedure requirements are met; continuously identifies opportunities for improving security and implements strategies to improve our security posture.

    • Provides technical expertise for the planning, analysis, design, implementation, and control of the organization's data.

    • Handles complex or critical data management initiatives that typically involve multiple disciplines and multiple business groups, including responsibility for database design, integration, source-to-target mapping, data modeling and performance tuning.

    • Consults with multiple client groups to provide solutions, implementing long-range internal and enterprise-level data architecture and management strategies.

    • Understand and translate business needs into data models supporting long-term solutions.

    • Closely interact with business partners, stakeholders, functional experts, business analysts, contractors, and developers to understand the system requirements and architect and design the data model and database schema based on the requirements.
