Responsibilities
We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
Structure, negotiate, administer, analyze, and maintain contracts
Respond to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations, modifications, and revisions
Review and manage contractual obligations of the parties and provides continuous review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met
Prepare and disseminate information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, renewals, pointed summaries for legal department requests and inquiries, etc.
Identify business risks associated with contractual commitments and collects and organizes information in support of business risk assessments
Responsible for consultation and escalation to leadership, of contractual, business or contract management positioning issues
Acts as the primary contact between the project team and/or business unit and Legal, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly
Responsible for informing the project team of the requirements of the contract and monitoring compliance
Develop and integrate contract management tools, templates, methods, and processes
Develop and provide contract training as needed
Achieve a reasonable level of understanding of major business areas in order to communicate effectively with project team and provide relevant advice
Responsible for implementation of contract management best practices, processes, and assure consistency across all contracts
Attend team and group meetings and attend/complete required training

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree
Two (2+) years of relevant experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including purchasing agreements, Master Service Agreements, Security and Data Protection Agreements, and SOW's
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
