    Continuous Improvement Manager, Billing

    Responsibilities

    GBCC Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for partnering with GBCC, upstream teams (primarily Revenue Operations and Business Units) and Business Assurance to drive improvements in billing integrity, accuracy, and efficiency.

    Stakeholder Management and Engagement

    • Works extensively with GBCC, Continuous Improvement Team, cross functional Leadership (BAS, Revenue Operations) to build effective relationships and execute jointly agreed commitments

    • Has multiple engagement responsibilities with functional teams; stakeholders and governance bodies

    • Works to keep GBCC and cross functional teams focused on billing integrity, accuracy and achievement of credit reduction targets

    • Seeks feedback; develops knowledge of stakeholder functions and develops stakeholder knowledge of GBCC

    • Supports stakeholder engagement and communications with respect to project and program status and helps to manage expectations in regards to initiatives and associated benefits

    Program and Project Leadership and Delivery

    • Manages implementation of solutions to eliminate drivers of billing errors and provides guidance to stakeholders on solutions incl control and process improvements

    • Contributes to the development of program and project plans, recommending best solutions for billing related error (credit) reductions, control enhancements and efficiency improvements

    • Ensures GBCC delivery of BAS recommendations partnering with BAS and GBCC teams

    • Manages cross functional SMEs on project teams, holds them accountable for meeting commitments while optimizing processes and documenting internal GBCC changes

    • Manages complex issues and escalates for support as required

    • Provides SME support on cross functionally led projects that impact billing integrity, accuracy and controls

    Reporting and Analysis

    • Provides credit driver and control risk insights

    • Provides updates on progress in delivering BAS improvement actions

    • Works with GBCC Leadership to ensure accuracy and consistency of inputs into reporting

    • Uses reporting and insights to support the development and prioritization of proposals for credit reduction and identify opportunities to support target operating model

    Knowledge and Experience

    • Strong understanding of end to end quote / order to billing processes

    • Experience of problem identification, quantification and solution development within policy, process, systems and behaviors

    • Experience of identifying control issues and working in partnership with other teams to deliver improvements in response to prioritized issues

    • Experience of working with cross functional teams to eliminate process errors and improve quote to cash accuracy
