The acquisition, design, construction, management and evolution of these spaces falls to Equinix’s Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team.

Job Summary
The CRE Senior Analyst is pivotal to the smooth running and recognized value of the CRE team.
Reporting to the Global Head of CRE, the role acts as the subject matter expert across all financial and data analyses, enabling both tactical and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
Build the cashflow analysis for strategic scenario comparison ahead of quarterly governance meetings with the Global C-Suite Exec team
Oversee CRE’s global budgets - $70m Opex and $40m Capex - through forecasting activities during the year ensuring they are prepared, tracked and maintained
Lead monthly triage of outstanding approvals (location approvals, purchase orders etc.) for all three regions: Americas, APAC & EMEA
Own the analysis and benchmarking of CRE data across staffing, cost, utilization, and workplace design projects
Build and track a rolling 3-year forecast of anticipated projects, feeding into the Governance and annual Budgeting processes
Collate savings data through the year to support the following year’s budget request
Tracking CRE team headcount according to the company’s FP&A framework
Partner with internal stakeholders including, but not limited to:
The three Regional CRE Operations Directors (the ‘CREDs’)
CRE Programs and Communications Sr Manager in coordinating the governance calendar
CRE Vendor Manager in the prioritization of VM initiatives
CRE Design & Construction Manager in requesting cost estimates for projects and budgeting
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
4+ years of CRE relevant experience of financial appraisals, budget supervision, and data analysis
Professional qualification in CRE, Workplace or equivalent experience
Located in one of these metros: Amsterdam, London, Warsaw, Dallas, Toronto, Tampa, Singapore, Bangalore, Manila
High quality professional English essential, with other conversation-level language skills an advantage
Open to occasional travel 1-2 times per year
Required skills
Experience of real estate cash flow appraisals across several geographies
Affinity with data crunching in excel and one or more of the main data visualization packages (Power BI, Tableau etc.)
Appetite for driving fact-based decision-making between strategic scenarios
Preferred skills
Experience of working in a multinational corporation environment in more than one geography
Exposure to reporting on carbon footprint and other sustainability metrics
Some exposure to using Oracle or other ERP systems, potentially including use of Hyperion
