시설 시스템에 대한 예방 및 유지보수 수행

• 장비 고장 원인 분석(Root Cause Analysis) 및 문제 해결

• BMS(Building Management System) 데이터 분석 및 알람 대응

• HVAC, 전기, 소방, 유틸리티 시스템 유지보수 및 안전 점검

• 환경안전보건(EHS) 규정 준수 및 개선 제안

유지보수 운영 프로토콜(MOP)

• MOP 문서 작성 및 기록 관리

• 현장 작업 시 정확한 절차 준수 여부 확인

• 완료된 작업에 대한 문서 검토 및 승인

작업 지시 및 문서화

• 이슈 발생 시 상세한 작업 기록 및 원인 분석

• 보조 장비 및 기계 문제 해결을 통한 다운타임 최소화

• 자동제어/기계 이슈에 대한 정확한 기술 문서 유지

자격 요건

• 데이터센터와 같은 주요시설 (Mission Critical Facilities) 기계 시스템 운영 경험 (0-4년, 신입 지원가능)

• 학사 학위 또는 이에 준하는 실무 경험

• 관련 자격증 보유자 (기사, 산업기사 등)

• 비지니스 영어 가능자

• 교대근무 가능자
