Data Center Customer Operations IV
We are currently looking for an experienced Data Centre Technician, Level IV, to join our team at the AM3 site. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data centre operations, possess advanced technical knowledge, and excel in providing support.
As a Data Centre Technician IV, you will play a crucial role as a technical expert and mentor within your team. You will be hands-on in resolving complex technical issues and collaborating with stakeholders. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to inspire and encourage others to learn and grow, while continuously developing your own skills
What we are looking for:
Enthusiastic, motivated, and able to guide and coach others
Proficient in structured computer work
Flexible, customer-oriented, and solution-oriented
Technical diploma at MBO level or higher in a relevant area
Demonstrable relevant work experience in telecommunications, datacenter engineering, datacenter technician roles, or communication technology
Good command of both Dutch and English languages
Additional certifications related to datacenters, such as ITIL, CDCP, CDCS, CDCMP, CCNA, Fiber Optics, OTDR Measurement, etc., are a plus.
