    Position summary

    d non-financial KPIs, responsible for cash flow forecasting by leveraging existing and new processes, systems and software, as well as supporting project managers and the commercial management team with day-to-day queries. You will also support a regular cadence of reporting, including timely delivery of budgets and forecasts

    Responsibilities

    • Form a strong business partnering relationship with key stakeholders including construction project managers, commercial managers, AP and other finance teams.

    • Prepare templates & project cost reports, provide analysis and presentations to enable the reporting, budget and forecast process

    • Assist in monthly variance commentary providing tangible insights

    • Help build effective planning and reporting processes

    • Solve complex problems and provides solutions for reporting and task efficiency

    • Exercise judgment based on the financial analysis using multiple sources of information

    • Other ad hoc duties and analysis as required

    Qualifications

    • 3 - 5 years' experience in finance

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with senior business leaders

    • Experience with Hyperion (PBCS)

    • Advanced Excel skills

    • Business partnering experience preferred

    • Enthusiastic with passion to learn
