The GTM Readiness, Technical Curriculum Developer will play a pivotal role in creating, managing, and deploying technical training for Customer Success & Sales teams globally. You will use your experience in instructional design, as well as software development, and/or DevOps to support the growth of our technical teams in the field by building labs for our technical certification tracks, and creating eLearning and other content that increases technical acumen and closes the skills gap. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Create, manage, and deploy technical training for Solutions Architects, Solutions Engineers, Customer Engineers, and Digital Services Specialists using a variety of modalities. 

  • Collaborate with technical teams and subject matter experts to extract and synthesize information for educational content.  

  • Develop real-world scenario labs incorporating application development, deployment, and management using containerization/orchestration software such as Docker & Kubernetes for multi & hybrid cloud environments. 

  • Develop Enablement courses using a variety of modalities, including video, eLearning, PowerPoint (ILT), and AR technologies.  

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in tech stack configurations, multi/hybrid cloud solutions, and application architecture. 

  • Test, review, and validate course content to ensure its technically accurate and meets the needs of the target audience. 

  • Utilize modern eLearning development tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, and others, to craft interactive and immersive learning experiences. 

  • Regularly review and update course content to ensure its relevance and accuracy, considering the rapidly evolving nature of technology. 

  • Analyze student feedback, course metrics, and assessment results to refine and enhance the curriculum. 

  • Develop knowledge assessments and certification exams and programs to measure student learning and application. 

Must haves: 

  • Experience as a software developer, developer advocate, or Solutions Architect/Engineer at an Enterprise-level company 

  • Experience using rapid content development tools such as Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, SnagIt, podcast and micro-learning platforms  

  • Ability to script and deploy labs for users at varying levels of technical acumen.  

  • Experience developing, deploying, and managing applications on public or private cloud providers built using Python, Java, Go, Ruby or others. 

  • Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and managing networking solutions within multi-cloud environments. 

  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. 

  • Knowledge of multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures, including platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle, HPE, and IBM Cloud. 

  • Experience in application architecture design and best practices. 

  • Knowledge of DevOps principles and tools, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). 

  • Strong program management skills 

  • Proactive, self- directed and results-focused 

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience 

  • An insatiable curiosity to keep learning and growing in the technical and instructional design space. 

Nice to haves: 

  • AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Certifications 

  • Experience working with technical Sales and Customer Experience Teams to support their learning journeys
