The HR Business Partner, Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer will be the strategic, trusted partner to our CIO and CTO organizations and their Sr. Leadership teams, responsible for translating business strategy and requirements into global HR strategy, plans and objectives for the function. As a member of the HR Team, the HR Business Partner will collaborate with regional and Global HRBPs to ensure regional and local market requirements are represented in strategies and plans, along with other HR colleagues & teams.
This position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment, while being a business savvy, collaborative teammate who can navigate competing demands with ease. Exceptional communication and people skills are a requirement. Must be comfortable with ambiguity and be a resourceful, savvy professional that is committed to finding solutions and making an impact.
Responsibilities
Strategic partner/trusted advisor to key Executives and leaders. Works closely with senior leadership to define and execute business strategies that enable alignment and growth, including influencing business leaders on transformation roadmaps, approach, and priorities. Responsible for defining and executing required strategic HR solutions and talent strategies.
Brings an objective perspective in managing business problems. Provides insights regarding people, organizational dynamics and the business and translates these insights into sustainable solutions. Recognizes and effectively balances the client group’s interests with the needs of the company.
Partner with the business leaders to maximize organizational effectiveness. Leverage expertise in organization design, team development, talent/workforce planning, change management to maintain a culture that optimizes the passion and potential of our employees.
Develop in depth knowledge of the business both strategically and operationally to build consultative partnerships with executive, directors and managers with the CIO and CTO teams.
Through authenticity, establish credibility to problem solve and coach as a member of leadership team.
Model strong partnerships with HR centers of excellence (Rewards, TA, TM) and other enabling functions throughout the company in services to the business and leaders.
Offer insight based on systemic thinking, inquiry and analytics.
Think globally, spot trends, proactively communicate and act in accordance to the team operating norms and contribute to a strong HR team across the company.
Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years Human Resources experience with at least 5 years as Business Partner in an evolving global organization; high tech industry and experience supporting technical/product organizations highly preferred.
Master’s Degree Preferred.
A broad base of human resources experience is a must, as well as, a strong track record and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
Experience with mergers and acquisitions, from due diligence through integration planning and execution.
Proactive collaboration within the HR team and demonstrated ability to impact and influence leaders.
Operating experience within a complex, changing environment. Experience driving organizational design and change management initiatives required.
In-depth experience operating within and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong systems thinking, highly collaborative, open-minded, and solutions oriented.
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $155,000 to $276,000
California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $148,000 to $264,000
Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $134,000 to $240,000
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
