    Project and Program Manager - (New Business/Investments)

    What you’ll be doing:

    Hosting and producing notes for weekly working group meetings. These weekly cross-functional meetings are key to coordinating the wide range of teams involved in capital investment. Meetings include team representatives from Corporate Development, Real Estate, Commercial Finance, Global Design & Construction, Legal, Finance and Data Center Operations

    Schedules working group calls and ad hoc meetings for projects coming up for approval to prevent delays

    Serves as cross-functional escalation point for teams producing day-to-day project business cases. Manages and guides escalations to resolution

    Manages the monthly Americas REIC (Real Estate Investment Committee) governance meeting where capital investment decisions are made, including sharing results with all stakeholders at each approval level required by that month’s projects

    Supports approval requests that must take place outside of the routine meetings

    Supervises all capital investment decisions

    Annually - coordinate Americas REIC (Real Estate Investment Committee) meeting schedule for the following year, set up folders in Microsoft Teams to support process

    Proactively ties needed capacity with calendar timing of project

    Drives dialogue forward patiently challenging assumptions, building out next steps and consensus on action items

    Supports Americas Corporate Development team organization efforts.  Includes managing email aliases used to schedule routine weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings. May also include prioritizing in-person meetings. Support Americas Corporate Development and Real Estate teams on various projects

    What we’ll expect from you:

    Bachelor's Degree

    Advanced English

    Knowledge advanced in Excel and Power Point

    Demonstrates influencing skills to achieve solutions and dealing with challenging stakeholder situations

    Negotiation skills and strategy in capital investment in the Americas enabling new Data Centers, builds, growing, new acquisitions and new opportunities of investment

    What will be the difference if you have:

    Business Finance and/or Commercial Real Estate background including some knowledge of industry terminology, finance concepts, and commercial real estate

    Knowledge in project tracking systems as Anaplan or Smartsheet or ability to learn quickly
