Job Summary
A procurement professional responsible for the supply chain on complex and business critical procurement initiatives. They engage in supplier and internal communication as well as project demand management.
Responsibilities
Inventory management
Monitor and report on stock levels, value, run rates, stock changes recommendations, etc
Issue reports on Product availability
Liaise with Suppliers and Stakeholders to ensure product availability and lead-times are met
Promote Stakeholders to help procure against procurement negotiated contracts and catalogues
Liaise with Stakeholders and support issue resolution
Provide consumption and other reports for support of competitive bidding processes
Support business compliance to global purchasing policies and compliance requirements
MRP transition
Be part of the MRP program and support in the development of inventory requirements
Qualifications
You are fluent in spoken English and proficient in written English
You demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills, integrity and reliability
You collaborate with and influence others to drive actions to meet business needs while maintaining a positive, professional outlook
You facilitate meetings effectively ensuring that communication styles are appropriate given the differing needs of culturally diverse, global teams
You have experience with e-sourcing systems (Coupa/SAP/Other), database (SmartSheet)
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
You are personable with the ability to present and train stakeholders on outcomes and purchasing processes
Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
Bachelor’s Degree
