Responsibilities

• Assist in the Company’s external financial reporting process, including quarterly and annual reporting (Form 10-Q and Form 10-Q), other SEC filings (e.g. Form S-3, Form 8-K) and other financial reporting needs as required

• Prepare and maintain supporting schedules and documentation for SEC filings

• Assist with leading team through the reporting process

• Assist with or review of the XBRL process

• Assist with the preparation of or review stock-based compensation accounting and forecast

• Remain current with new technical accounting standards, particularly those that impact financial reporting

• Interface effectively with numerous individuals both inside and outside the Company, including the external auditors, to address and resolve accounting issues

• Assist in the Company’s Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts in connection with the financial reporting process

• Assist with ad-hoc requests and research as needed

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

• CPA or CPA equivalent candidate required

• At least 8 years of relevant experience from public accounting with experiences in auditing public companies

• Detailed and results oriented and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment

• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and SEC reporting regulations

• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills

• Oracle cloud and/or hyperion experience is a plus

• Equity Edge and Workiva experience preferred
