Job Summary: This role entails completing repairs, corrective maintenance, resolving incidents and routine installations.

• You will use your critical-thinking skills, while working with a close-knit team, to deliver outstanding service working in one of our 220+ data centers around the world
• You will complete the training program required to perform this role in a timely manner
• You will demonstrate your keen people advocate and diligent skills to address, and prioritize, customer concerns while documenting the steps you use to resolve the problem.
• Your ability to configure the assembly of equipment to hold our customer's servers and equipment to ensure proper cooling
• Ability to interpret, implement and solve circuits and, when vital, advance issues to your Networking team.
• You’ll be eager to learn, and advance your knowledge of, circuit test sets crafted to measure the result of high information at high digital speeds.
• You are capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and are agile in manual dexterity (climb, stoop, et.) to rack and stack equipment, as an example, with or without accommodation.
• Your flexibility to work an off-schedule, fill in for workmates, respond to emergencies, etc.
• Installs/Tests/Modifies sophisticated connections with fiber/cables
