Job Summary
The Talent Development team is looking for an experienced Senior Leadership Development Consultant who can help accelerate leadership capabilities for emerging leaders through executive level leadership. Be part of a growing team where you will be designing and delivering innovative, experiential learning solutions and leadership programs to help support the transformation of the organization. As Senior Leadership Development Consultant, you will leverage your instructional design expertise to increase the effectiveness of current global leadership development programs and partner in the design and delivery of new leadership development programs and learning experiences. Through your work with leaders, you will play a key role in enabling leaders throughout the organization to drive business results!
Responsibilities
Consult with global executive stakeholders and HR Business Partners to uncover leadership and learning needs using a variety of discovery methods
Design and develop leadership success profiles, capability frameworks, experience maps and custom leadership development journeys
Leverage the instructional design (ISD) process to conduct needs assessments, develop learning objectives, design learning content, and measure effectiveness of leadership development programs
Align learning strategies to solution goals and objectives and create or curate content that is engaging, clear and concise
Develop and facilitate interactive classroom and virtual live sessions for senior leaders that contain activities, role plays, discussions, and/or scenarios
Use data-driven approaches for creating and measuring leadership behavior change
Incorporate latest learning methodologies to determine solution delivery modalities (classroom, virtual, e-learning, VR/AR, etc.)
Partner with other leadership and learning team members to design, develop and deliver solutions outside of core responsibilities
Establish and maintain vendor/external resource relationships and procurement requirements
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a learning and leadership development role, ideally in a global company
Advanced degree or equivalent proven knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices
Previous experience in senior leader curriculum and program development
Experience using digital tools to design, develop, and deliver solutions
Behavioral assessment experience and coaching experience preferred
Experience with user experience design, design thinking and/or innovation practices preferred
Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in an agile environment
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal SMEs, stakeholders, and key cross-functional partners to ensure ongoing trust and rapport
Experience working globally and cross-culturally for global technology companies preferred
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
• San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $134,000 to $242,000
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
