Key focus areas include strategic sales engagements, development of offers, repeatable solutions, and use cases across the five sales verticals within the Equinix Ecosystem: Network, Financial, Cloud, Content/Digital Media, and Enterprise.

Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Support

• Assist in strategic sales engagements by applying professional concepts and guidelines

• Support development of solution proposals aligned with customer requirements

Research and Development

• Apply knowledge and problem-solving techniques to define and resolve technical challenges

Subject Matter Expertise

• Develop foundational expertise in network architecture, interconnection, and cloud integration

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Build strong internal relationships and exchange technical information with colleagues, supervisors, and project leaders

Technology and Innovation Insights

• Stay informed on emerging technologies in networking, cloud, and data center infrastructure

Solution Development

• Contribute to creating repeatable solutions and use cases for customer deployments

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

• Experience: 0-2 years in networking, cloud, or IT infrastructure roles

• Certifications (Required): CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)

• Network Design Certification (optional but preferred)

• Cloud Certifications (Optional but Preferred)

• AWS Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional

• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert

• CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)

• Strong understanding of IP networking, routing, switching, and interconnection principles

• Familiarity with cloud architectures and hybrid IT environments is a plus

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
